Take the safari of a lifetime in two of Kenya’s premier game parks of Amboseli and Tsavo. Yield to Amboseli’s large herds of elephants and the “Big Five” cutting across a Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop. Immerse yourself in the pure wilderness of Tsavo for a real bush experience. Then, wash off the dust and sweat in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean and relax on the sandy beaches of the Kenyan Coast. Activities include classic safari game drives, off-the-beaten-path sight-seeing, and full relaxation on the beach of the Indian Ocean. Ideal for nature-loving travellers who want to experience two very different faces of Kenya: the wide open bush and Indian Ocean coast.

Also found here are several species of birds such as rollers, sunbirds, eagles, weavers, horn bills etc. A highlight in the park is the Mzima springs where from an underwater observation tank it is possible to see submerged hippo, crocodiles and fish on the floor of the springs.

Mzima,’ which is Swahili translation for ‘Life,’ are phenomenal fresh water springs which gush suddenly from the underground rocks in the midst of dry patchy woodland to provide much needed life in one of the most arid parks in Kenya. These natural springs produce millions of litres of sparkling fresh water that supports barbell fish, hippos and birds.

Tsavo West also known for its unique volcanic features including ‘Five Sisters’ these are five identical cone shapes hills nestled in one area; Chaumu and Shetani Lava flows are also major highlights; the Whistling Rock is a rocky hill that produces whistling sound on strong wind. Wild animals will spice up your date with the Tsavo including elephants, giraffes, lesser kudus, zebras, dik diks, lions, leopards, cheetahs among others.
